Sink your teeth into a homemade Ramen Burger patty with our simple and delicious recipe. It's a burger like no other!
Take note
Remember to handle the hot ingredients with care to avoid any burns. Also, be prepared for the deliciousness that is about to hit your taste buds!
Boil water in a pot and add the ramen noodles. Cook them according to the package instructions until they are tender. Be sure not to overcook them, as we want the noodles to hold their shape for our patty.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse with cold water. This will stop the cooking process and cool the noodles down. Shake off any excess water and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
To the bowl with the cooled noodles, add your choice of ground meat (beef, chicken, or pork), minced garlic, soy sauce, and a beaten egg. Get your hands in there and mix everything together until well combined.
Divide the patty mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. This recipe usually makes around 4 to 6 patties, depending on the size you prefer. Make sure the patties are firm and hold their shape.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and carefully place the patties onto the hot surface. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
Now comes the fun part! Grab your favorite burger buns and build your epic Ramen Burger. Feel free to add sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you fancy. Place the cooked patty between the buns and get ready to take a big bite!
