In a saucepan, whisk together 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 6 egg yolks, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Sprinkle a thin layer of granulated sugar over the top of the cooled custard. Use a blowtorch to gently caramelize the sugar until it forms a golden brown crust. Let it cool for a few minutes.
In a blender, combine the caramelized custard, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1/4 cup of caramel sauce, and 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Grab a straw, take a sip, and savor the heavenly Crème Brûlée goodness!
