Freeze your favorite smoothie combo into popsicles for a cool and creamy treat. A fun way to enjoy the flavors of banana and mixed berries on a stick!
Take note
Be careful not to eat all the popsicles before they're fully frozen. It's tempting, we know, but we promise the wait will be worth it!
In a blender, combine 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – take your pick!), 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Give it a whirl until smooth and creamy.
Carefully pour the creamy mixture into popsicle molds. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or ice cube trays – just be sure to insert popsicle sticks or toothpicks into the center.
Pop those bad boys into the freezer and let the magic happen. It will take about 2-4 hours for them to freeze completely, depending on the size of your popsicles. We know it's tough, but resist the urge to check on them every five minutes!
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy your creamy banana berry goodness on a stick! Don't forget to savor every lick and share with friends – or not!
