Take a refreshing twist with our non-alcoholic 'Muffled Mint Mojito' mocktail recipe. Get the minty goodness without the hangover!
Take note
Be careful not to use too much mint, as it can overpower the other flavors. Also, make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
In a sturdy glass, add 6-8 fresh mint leaves and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the mint and sugar together. This will release the flavorful oils from the mint.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the glass with the crushed mint and sugar. Then, add 1 cup of soda water. You can adjust the amount of lime juice and soda to suit your taste preferences.
Give the mixture a good stir to combine all the flavors. Make sure the sugar has dissolved completely. If you prefer a sweeter mocktail, you can add a little more sugar at this stage.
Pour the Muffled Mint Mojito into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of lime. Enjoy the refreshing minty goodness!
