Gather the materials

Collect the following items: 1 headband, colorful felt sheets, scissors, craft glue, a pencil, a ruler, and a glittery ribbon.

Take one of the felt sheets and cut a triangle shape out of it. The base should be wide enough to fit comfortably on the headband. Roll the triangle tightly from the base to create a cone shape. Secure the edge with craft glue and let it dry.
