Turn your croissants into fruity delights with our jam croissant twists. The perfect balance of flaky pastry and luscious jam fillings.
Take note
Before we dive in, please be cautious when handling hot ovens and sharp knives. And as always, be prepared for sticky fingers and the irresistible temptation to eat one (or two) before they cool down!
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
Slice open your croissants horizontally, making sure not to cut all the way through. Spread your favorite fruity jam inside each croissant, avoiding the edges.
Gently twist each croissant to create a beautiful spiral. Place the twisted croissants onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them apart.
Pop the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the croissants turn golden brown. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
Serve your jam croissant twists warm or at room temperature. Don't forget to savor that perfect balance of flaky pastry and luscious jam fillings! They're best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea.
