Take note
Be cautious while handling raw cookie dough. Make sure to use heat-treated flour to avoid any foodborne illnesses. Also, be aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions your guests may have and adjust the recipe accordingly.

1

In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of unsalted butter, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of packed brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in 2 cups of mini chocolate chips.

2

Shape the Dough into Cones

Divide the cookie dough into equal portions, about 2 tablespoons each. Take one portion and shape it into a cone by rolling it between your hands. Repeat with the remaining dough portions.

3

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the shaped dough cones onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

4

Optional: Dip in Chocolate

If desired, melt some chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip the cooled cookie dough cones into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place them back on the parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
