Gather all your ingredients for this sushi taco adventure. You'll need sushi rice, nori sheets, your choice of sushi fillings (think fresh fish, avocado, cucumber, etc.), and some crispy taco shells.
Cook your sushi rice according to the package instructions. Remember to rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking to remove excess starch. Once cooked, let it cool to room temperature.
Now comes the fun part - assembling your sushi tacos! Take a sheet of nori and place it on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small border on the edges. Add your chosen fillings in the center of the rice.
Carefully roll the nori sheet, with the fillings, into a tight cylinder. Use a little water on the edges to seal the nori. Repeat this process for all your sushi tacos.
