Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's nice and hot when you're ready to bake the croissant rolls.
Unroll a can of refrigerated crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese onto each triangle of dough. Feel free to use your favorite types of ham and cheese to customize the flavor!
Starting at the wide end of each triangle, roll up the dough tightly towards the pointed end. Repeat this process for all the triangles.
Place the rolled croissant rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
