In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once it's boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth ball. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl. Gradually add the beaten eggs to the cooled choux pastry, beating well after each addition. The dough should be smooth and glossy. If it's too thick, add another lightly beaten egg.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the choux pastry dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe 3-inch long eclairs onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes to dry out the inside.
In a mixing bowl, whip together 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in 1 cup of mixed forest fruits, such as berries and chopped cherries.
Once the eclairs have cooled completely, cut a small slit on the side of each one. Using a piping bag, pipe the Earth Elemental filling into the eclairs. Be generous with the filling!
