Whip up these delightful chocolate fudge pops that are perfect for parties or a fun snack. Enjoy the creamy goodness on a stick!
Take note
Be careful not to eat all the fudge before it makes it into the pops!
Start by melting 200 grams of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth and silky.
Next, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Stir well to combine and get that creamy texture.
Now, add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture becomes sweet and smooth.
Pour the fudgy mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion while freezing. Place popsicle sticks into each mold. Pop them in the freezer and let them chill for at least 6 hours or until solid.
Once the fudge pops are frozen solid, remove them from the molds. To make them extra festive, you can optionally dip them in melted white chocolate and sprinkle some colorful sprinkles on top.
