In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix well until the matcha and honey are fully combined.
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat until it's hot but not boiling. You can also use a milk frother or microwave to warm the milk, if you prefer.
