Collect 2 ripe mangoes, 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder.
Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango flesh into small chunks.
In a blender, combine the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mango lassi into glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve chilled and garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
