To make a Spiced Turmeric Latte, gather these ingredients: 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, a pinch of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and a dash of vanilla extract.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's steaming hot but not boiling. Keep an eye on it to avoid scorching.
Once the milk is heated, whisk in the ground turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Keep whisking until the spices are thoroughly combined.
For a frothy latte, you can transfer the mixture to a blender and blend on high for 10-15 seconds. Be careful when blending hot liquids!
