Take note
Be careful with sharp popsicle sticks, and make sure to handle the ingredients safely.
Collect all the necessary ingredients for your fruity summer popsicles. You'll need: 2 cups of assorted chopped fruits (such as berries, melons, and citrus), 1 cup of fruit juice (choose your favorite!), 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness), and popsicle molds or small paper cups with popsicle sticks.
In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, fruit juice, and honey/sugar (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined. Don't be afraid to get creative with your fruit combinations!
Carefully pour the fruit mixture into your popsicle molds or small paper cups. Leave a little space at the top for expansion. If using paper cups, cover each cup with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil.
Place the popsicle molds or cups in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until they start to firm up. Then, insert popsicle sticks into each mold or cup. Return to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid and ready to enjoy!
Once your fruity summer popsicles are completely frozen, remove them from the molds or cups. If using paper cups, simply peel off the cup and enjoy! Serve your colorful creations on a sunny day and savor every icy bite!
