Squeeze out some summer zest with our zesty lemonade popsicles! A tangy and refreshing treat that will make your taste buds dance.

Be careful when handling sharp objects and hot liquids. Take caution to avoid spilling the mixture.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 cups of cold water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Using a microplane or fine grater, zest the peel of 2 lemons into the lemonade mixture. Stir well to infuse the zest into the mixture.
Pour the lemonade mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Make sure they are standing upright and fully immersed in the lemonade mixture.
Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy your zesty lemonade popsicles!
