Beat the heat with our delightful Elderflower and Peach Popsicles. A frozen treat to keep you cool all summer long!
Take note
Caution: Eating these popsicles may result in brain freeze and uncontrollable happiness.
Peel and pit 4 ripe peaches, then toss them into a blender. Blend until smooth and no peach chunks remain.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of elderflower syrup and 1 cup of plain yogurt. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the peach puree into the elderflower-yogurt mixture. Stir gently until fully combined. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding a bit more elderflower syrup. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.
Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds by gently running warm water over the bottom. Wiggle the stick a bit to help release the popsicle. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy your refreshing Elderflower and Peach Popsicles!
