1

Preheat the Oven

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get that oven nice and toasty for our soon-to-be delicious muffins!

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 and a half cups of almond flour, 1 cup of grain-free granola, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well combined. Now your dry ingredients are ready to rock!

3

Whisk Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk it like you mean it! We want a nice and smooth mixture.

4

Combine Dry and Wet

Now it's time to bring both the dry and wet ingredients together. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is nicely combined. You're almost there!

5

Fill Muffin Cups

Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Scoop the muffin batter into the cups, filling each one about 2/3 of the way. We don't want any muffin spills, do we?

6

Bake and Enjoy

Pop the muffin tin into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once they're done, let them cool for a few minutes before taking them out of the tin. Now, take a bite and enjoy the grain-free deliciousness!
