Beat the summer heat with our cool and healthy Grain-Free Granola Popsicles! A delicious frozen treat for all granola lovers.
Take note
Please note that popsicles may cause brain freeze if eaten too quickly. Proceed with caution and take small, mindful bites to avoid this icy sensation.
In a mixing bowl, combine your favorite grain-free granola with yogurt or milk. Mix well until the granola is evenly coated. Feel free to add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for some extra sweetness. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare your popsicle molds. If using traditional popsicle molds, fill each mold with the chilled granola mixture, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they're standing straight. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small disposable cups or ice cube trays instead.
Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. Once fully frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds, and voila! Your Grain-Free Granola Popsicles are ready to be enjoyed. Indulge in the frosty goodness and savor each bite!
