Cool down with a twist! Freeze your favorite Mango Lassi into creamy popsicles. Summer treats just got a fruity upgrade!
Take note
Be careful not to spill the mixture when pouring it into the popsicle molds. Make sure to freeze the popsicles for long enough so they set properly.
In a blender, combine 2 cups of ripe mango chunks, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended Mango Lassi mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of space at the top for expansion. You can use classic popsicle molds or even paper cups with popsicle sticks as alternatives.
Insert popsicle sticks into the partially filled molds. Make sure the sticks are placed securely in the center of each mold. The mixture should hold them in place.
Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until they are completely solid. Patience makes the popsicles taste even better!
When the Mango Lassi popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds. If they're difficult to remove, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them. Now it's time to enjoy your fruity and refreshing homemade popsicles!
