Handle the popsicles with care to avoid brain freeze!
In a blender, combine 2 cups of mixed fruits (such as berries, mangoes, and pineapples) with 1 cup of fruit punch. Blend until smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar to the fruity mixture. Blend again to incorporate the sweetness.
Pour the fruity concoction into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. Once frozen, run warm water over the molds to easily release the popsicles. Dive in and enjoy!
