Beat the heat with these refreshing Yellow Sunflower Seed Yogurt Popsicles. A delightful frozen treat that's bursting with flavor and summer vibes!
Take note
Please exercise caution when using popsicle molds and keep them out of reach of children. Also, be careful when handling sharp objects such as knives.
In a blender, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of sunflower seed butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of space at the top for expansion. If your popsicle molds don't have built-in sticks, insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric powder onto each popsicle mold. This will give your yogurt popsicles a vibrant yellow color and add a subtle earthy flavor.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the popsicles. Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
