Indulge in the tropical goodness of our creamy coconut popsicles. A taste of paradise that'll transport you to a beachside getaway.
Take note
Just a friendly heads up – these popsicles are so tasty, you may find yourself craving them all the time!
In a blender, combine 2 cups of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups instead. Fill each mold about 3/4 full.
Gently insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Make sure they're centered and standing upright.
Carefully transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the popsicles are completely solid.
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running them briefly under warm water. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the creamy coconut goodness!
