Chill out with our Cosmic Cranberry Cooler Popsicles. These frozen treats are bursting with cranberry flavor and guaranteed to make you smile.
Take note
Handle the popsicle molds with care as they can be quite cold to the touch. Keep out of reach of children as these popsicles may cause brain freeze!
In a blender, combine 2 cups of cranberry juice, 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/4 cup of honey. Blend until well mixed and smooth.
Pour the cranberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they're centered.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them chill for at least 4 hours or until solid. If you can't wait that long, you can use the express freezing setting on your freezer and it will be done in a jiffy!
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently twist each mold to release the popsicles, giving them a little encouragement if needed. And voila! You have your Cosmic Cranberry Cooler Popsicles ready to enjoy!
