Beat the heat and dazzle your taste buds with our refreshing Stardust Strawberry Spritz popsicles! A frozen treat bursting with strawberry fun.
Take note
Be careful when handling sharp objects and using kitchen appliances. Keep away from children and elves who may mistake these popsicles for real magic wands!
In a blender, add 2 cups of fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup of sparkling water, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Give it a flick of your wand and blend until smooth.
To add a touch of enchantment, sprinkle a pinch of edible glitter dust (the key to dazzling popsicles) into the strawberry mixture. Use your wand or a spoon to gently mix it in.
Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of room at the top for expansion during freezing. Don't worry if a few drops spill—they'll just make the popsicles even more magical!
Carefully transfer the popsicle molds to the freezer and let the magic happen. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are solid and ready to be devoured.
Once fully frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. To release their magical essence, briefly run the molds under warm water and gently pull the popsicles out by their sticks.
For an extra touch of stardust, sprinkle some more edible glitter dust on top of the popsicles just before serving. Watch as your guests' eyes light up with delight!
