Impress your friends with our mocktail twist on Elderflower and Peach Popsicles. A non-alcoholic delight that will leave them craving more!
Take note
Be cautious while handling sharp objects and working with hot liquids.
Start by peeling and slicing 2 ripe peaches. In a blender, combine the peach slices with 1/4 cup of elderflower syrup and blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some honey or agave syrup. Set the puree aside.
Grab your popsicle molds and pour the elderflower and peach puree into each mold, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. If you're feeling fancy, you can also add sliced peach pieces to the molds for an extra burst of flavor.
Carefully insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are centered and positioned upright. If your molds have a lid or cover, place it on top to hold the sticks in place.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 5-6 hours, or preferably overnight. Once fully frozen, remove the molds from the freezer and run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently pull each popsicle out and enjoy the refreshing taste of your Elderflower and Peach Popsicle mocktails!
