Cool down with our Striped Strawberry Scotch Popsicles! A delightful frozen treat that combines the sweetness of strawberries with a hint of Scotch.
Take note
Remember to enjoy these popsicles responsibly and only if you're of legal drinking age. The alcohol content in the Scotch can add a kick to the popsicles!
In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced) with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Blend until smooth and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour 1/4 cup of Scotch into the popsicle base mixture. Give it a good stir to incorporate the flavors.
Using a popsicle mold, alternate pouring the strawberry puree and the popsicle base into each mold, creating beautiful stripes. Leave a little space at the top for the popsicles to expand.
Gently insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they're centered and standing upright.
Place the popsicle mold in the freezer and let the popsicles chill for at least 6 hours or overnight until they are completely frozen.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, run warm water over the bottom of the mold for a few seconds until they easily slide out. Then, grab one and enjoy the cool and refreshing taste of your homemade Striped Strawberry Scotch Popsicles!
