1

Prepare the dumpling filling

Mix together ground pork, shrimp, minced ginger, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir until well combined.

2

Assemble the dumplings

Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a small amount of filling onto the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half and press the edges firmly to seal. Repeat until all the filling and wrappers are used.

3

Steam the dumplings

Line a bamboo steamer with cabbage leaves or parchment paper to prevent sticking. Place the dumplings in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Steam over boiling water for about 10-12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.

4

Serve and enjoy

Transfer the steamed dumplings to a plate and serve them with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce or chili oil. Garnish with chopped scallions for extra flavor and a pop of color. Dig in and savor the deliciousness!
