Take note
Caution: Dragon's Breath Dumplings are not for the faint of heart. These fiery dumplings pack a serious punch of heat. Proceed with caution and have a cool beverage nearby to extinguish the fire!
To tame the dragon, you'll need: 1 pound of ground meat, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, and dumpling wrappers.
In a bowl, combine the ground meat, chili powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the fiery filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, creating a half-moon shape. Press the edges firmly to seal the dumpling.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, usually around 3-4 minutes. Remove the dumplings from the water and set aside.
Get ready to face the dragon! Take a deep breath, summon your courage, and take a bite of the Dragon's Breath Dumpling. Feel the fiery heat engulf your mouth and let the flavors dance on your tongue. Keep a glass of milk or an ice cream nearby to cool down if needed!
