Delight your senses with our 'Midnight Dream Macadamia Clusters' recipe. A sweet and nutty combination that will leave you wanting more!
Take note
Be careful not to burn yourself when working with hot ingredients.
First things first, gather all the ingredients required to make these delicious macadamia clusters. You will need 1 cup of macadamia nuts, 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the macadamia nuts evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden brown and aromatic. Be sure to keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave them in short 30-second bursts, stirring well between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Once the macadamia nuts have cooled slightly, add them to the melted dark chocolate. Mix them together gently until all the nuts are coated in chocolate. Then, add the dried cranberries and shredded coconut, and stir again to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or your hands, drop small spoonfuls of the macadamia mixture onto the parchment paper, forming clusters. Leave some space between each cluster to allow them to harden properly. You can make them as big or small as you want!
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters have hardened. Once they're set, carefully remove them from the parchment paper and transfer them to a serving plate. Now it's time to indulge in the sweet, nutty goodness of your Midnight Dream Macadamia Clusters!
