Take your taste buds on a galactic adventure with our recipe for 'Cosmic Black Hole Brownies'. Dark chocolate with a sprinkle of stardust!
Take note
Handle stardust with caution, it can make your kitchen look like a galaxy exploded! Keep away from lightyears of hungry aliens.
Melt 200g of dark chocolate in a microwave or over a pot of simmering water. Stir in 150g of unsalted butter until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs and 200g of granulated sugar. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in 100g of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt into the cosmic batter. Once fully incorporated, sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of edible stardust and mix until the batter starts to shimmer with cosmic glamour.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the cosmic batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.
