Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all the necessary ingredients. For this heavenly peach tart, you'll need 4-5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced. Don't forget 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Have them at the ready for the next step!
