CAUTION: These cupcakes are highly enchanting and may cause extreme happiness and cravings for more. Please proceed with caution.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 ¼ teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of pixie dust (optional but highly recommended). In a separate bowl, cream together ½ cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 2 enchanting eggs, one at a time. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with ⅔ cup of milk. Mix until just combined.
Line a mini cupcake pan with enchanting cupcake liners. Using a small scoop or spoon, fill each liner about two-thirds full with the magical batter. Remember, the more love you put into it, the more enchanted they'll be!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the filled cupcake pan in the oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cupcakes comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake, as we want them to be moist and fluffy!
Once your enchanted mini cupcakes have cooled completely, it's time to work some decorating magic! You can frost them with your favorite frosting and sprinkle them with edible glitter or sugar crystals for an extra touch of enchantment. Get creative and let your imagination run wild! Cupcake toppers shaped like unicorns or fairies are always a hit!
