Before we dive into the recipe, here are a couple of friendly reminders. Make sure to read through the entire guide before starting, as it helps to prepare all the ingredients in advance. Also, always be cautious when using the oven, and never leave it unattended.
In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of almond flour, 1/2 cup of coconut flour, 1/2 cup of ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 1/4 cup of honey, 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 4 beaten eggs. Stir until well combined.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough into the pan. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to shape the dough evenly. Make sure to press it down firmly to avoid any air pockets.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Keep an eye on it to prevent over-browning.
Once baked, remove the loaf pan from the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Carefully remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
