Start by removing the salsiccia sausages from their packaging. Give them a quick rinse under cold water to get rid of any excess salt. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
If you're grilling the sausages, preheat your grill to medium heat. If you prefer to use a pan, preheat it over medium-high heat with a little bit of oil.
Place the sausages on the grill or in the pan. Cook them for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they have a nice golden brown color and are cooked through.
To ensure the sausages are cooked thoroughly, you can use a meat thermometer to check their internal temperature. They should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Once the sausages are cooked to perfection, remove them from the grill or pan. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving. You can enjoy them as they are, or serve them with your favorite side dishes.
