Turn dessert into a guilt-free indulgence with our decadent Chia Seed Pudding recipe. A treat that's as luxurious as it is nutritious!
Take note
Be warned, once you try this scrumptious treat, you may never want to go back to regular pudding again!
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of your favorite milk (such as almond milk or coconut milk). Stir well to ensure all the seeds are submerged. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey to the chia seed mixture. You can also get creative and add your favorite flavorings such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Stir well to incorporate the sweetener and flavorings throughout the pudding.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and thicken into pudding. When ready to serve, garnish with fresh fruits, nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy your guilt-free indulgence!
