Prepare the Pizza Dough

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. In a separate small bowl, dissolve 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast in 1 cup of warm water. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced yellow bell pepper, 1 sliced zucchini, 1 sliced red onion, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms.
