Sip away the summer heat with our alcohol-free 'Hazy Hibiscus Highball mocktail' recipe. Fruity and bubbly, it's the perfect mocktail for any occasion!

As with any mocktail, be cautious of brain freeze if you sip too quickly. Also, hazy hibiscus can be addictive, so make sure you have enough ingredients to satisfy your cravings!
Start by brewing some hibiscus tea. Boil 2 cups of water, then remove from heat and add 4 hibiscus tea bags. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then discard the tea bags and let the tea cool down.
In a tall glass, combine 1 cup of the brewed hibiscus tea, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup of orange juice, and 2 tablespoons of simple syrup. Give it a good stir to mix all the flavors together.
Now it's time to add the bubbles! Fill the rest of the glass with chilled sparkling water or soda water. The more fizz, the better!
To make your Hazy Hibiscus Highball mocktail look extra fancy, garnish it with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh mint. And voila, your mocktail masterpiece is complete!
