Take note
Watch out for those chocolate cravings - once you taste this fondue, you'll never want to stop!
First things first, make sure you have everything you need. You'll need 200g of milk chocolate, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and a variety of dippers such as fresh fruits, marshmallows, and pretzels.
Take that beautiful milk chocolate and chop it into small pieces. The smaller the pieces, the quicker it will melt. Once chopped, pour the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and zap it in the microwave for 30-second intervals until it's completely melted and smooth.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it starts to simmer. You don't want it to boil, just gently heat it up. Keep an eye on it and stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Now comes the magical moment of combining the melted chocolate and the heated cream. Pour the warm cream into the bowl of melted chocolate and give it a good stir. Keep stirring until everything is well combined and velvety smooth.
Prepare your dipping goodies and place them on a platter around the fondue pot. Serve the warm milk chocolate fondue in a fondue pot or a heatproof bowl, and let everyone dive in! Use forks or skewers for dipping and enjoy the gooey goodness.
