Go bite-sized with a Mini Quiche Lorraine buffet! Perfect for parties or a quick snack, these adorable quiches will have your guests begging for more!
Take note
Handle hot oven and baking trays with caution. Be careful not to overfill the quiche cups as they may spill during baking.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in diced bacon, grated cheese, and finely chopped onions. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini pastry cases. If using pastry cases, arrange them on a baking tray.
Using a spoon, fill each mini muffin cup or pastry case with the Quiche Lorraine filling, leaving a small gap at the top for the quiches to rise during baking.
Carefully transfer the mini quiche tray or baking tray to the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the quiches are puffed and golden brown.
Once baked, remove the quiches from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Arrange the mini quiches on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. These little delights are perfect for parties or as a quick snack. Enjoy!
