Place your pre-baked tart shells on a wire rack set over a baking sheet to catch any drips. Pour the mirror glaze over the tarts, starting from the center and working your way outwards in a swirling motion. Be patient and let the glaze do its magic as it spreads and creates mesmerizing patterns! Allow the glaze to set for at least 1 hour before serving.
