In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Mix well. Then, gradually add 1 cup of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until the dough forms a ball.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Transfer it to a floured surface and roll it out into a large circle. Then, using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out a heart shape from the dough.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the heart-shaped dough onto a greased baking sheet. Add your favorite pizza toppings, such as marinara sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the heart-shaped pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it up, serve, and watch your loved ones' hearts melt with delight!
