You'll need

Items needed to answer the question, How do I make cheesy stuffed mushrooms. Items include: Mushrooms Cream Cheese Parmesan Cheese Garlic Fresh Parsley Salt Pepper
  • Mushrooms 1 pound (450g)
  • Cream Cheese 8 ounces (225g)
  • Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup (50g), grated
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh Parsley 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Take note
Be careful when handling hot mushrooms and be sure to let them cool slightly before taking a bite. Also, watch out for the temptation to eat the whole batch in one sitting - they're that good!

1

Prep the Mushrooms

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the mushrooms and remove the stems. Use a spoon to carefully scrape out the gills to create more room for our delicious cheesy filling.

2

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. You can get creative here and add in some chopped cooked bacon or diced onions for extra flavor!

3

Stuff 'Em Up

Take a generous spoonful of the filling and stuff it into each mushroom cap. Don't be shy - the more filling, the cheesier the mushrooms will be! Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4

Bake and Cheese

Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown. Keep an eye on them - you don't want the cheese to burn!

5

Serve and Enjoy

Once out of the oven, let the stuffed mushrooms cool for a few minutes. Then, serve them up on a platter and watch as your friends and family devour these little bites of cheesy goodness. They're best enjoyed warm and with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
