Get spooktacular with our Ghost Banana Pops! Half-bananas dipped in white chocolate for a sweet and creepy treat that will haunt your taste buds.
Take note
Be careful while handling the hot melted chocolate to avoid burns. Also, make sure to keep these pops away from any real ghosts; they might confuse them for their own kind!
Peel and cut the bananas in half. Insert a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half. Place the banana pops on a lined baking sheet and freeze them for about 2 hours, or until they are firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Dip each frozen banana pop into the melted white chocolate, using a spoon or spatula to help coat them evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
While the chocolate is still wet, use mini chocolate chips or icing pens to create eyes and a mouth on each banana pop. Get creative and make them as spooky as you like!
Place the ghost banana pops back on the lined baking sheet and let them set completely. This can be done in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Once the chocolate has fully hardened, your Ghost Banana Pops are ready to make a haunting appearance! Serve them at your Halloween party or enjoy them as a creepy treat any time.
