Sink your teeth into deliciousness with our Meatball Sub Sliders recipe! Perfect for parties, game nights, or a mouthwatering lunch!
Take note
Be careful not to burn yourself when handling hot meatballs or sliders. They may be small, but they can still pack a punch!
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Make sure they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet. Toast the buns in the oven for about 5 minutes, until they are slightly crispy.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each slider bun. Place a cooked meatball on each bun, and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Add some sliced bell peppers and onions if you like a little extra flavor and crunch.
Place the assembled sliders back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye on them so they don't burn!
Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two (if you can resist!). Serve them up on a platter and watch them disappear in no time. Enjoy your delicious Meatball Sub Sliders!
