Indulge in a decadent treat with our Nutella-stuffed French Toast recipe! A breakfast that will make your taste buds do a happy dance.
Take note
Please be cautious while handling hot pans and oil. Make sure to use oven mitts or kitchen gloves as needed. Be careful not to burn yourself with the hot Nutella filling.
Start by scooping out a generous amount of Nutella into a bowl. You'll need about 2 tablespoons of Nutella per slice of French toast. Mix it gently to soften it up.
In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix it well until the eggs are beaten and the mixture is smooth.
Take two slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the prepared Nutella filling on one side of each slice. Press the two Nutella sides together, creating a sandwich.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Dip the Nutella-filled sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Let any excess mixture drip off.
Add a pat of butter or a drizzle of oil to the hot pan. Place the coated Nutella-stuffed sandwich in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, transfer the Nutella-stuffed French Toast to a plate. Feel free to sprinkle some powdered sugar on top or serve it with fresh fruits. Grab your fork, take a bite, and savor the deliciousness!
