Dive into a sea of sweet indulgence with our easy and delightful Pollock Chocolate Bark recipe. Splatter some colorful joy on your taste buds!
Take note
Be careful not to overheat the chocolate as it can burn easily. Also, make sure not to eat all the bark in one sitting, although it may be tempting!
In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Divide white chocolate chips into separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl, and stir until the color is fully incorporated.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, pour the melted dark chocolate in a thin layer, spreading it out evenly. Randomly drizzle the colored white chocolate over the dark chocolate, creating a splatter effect. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together.
Sprinkle your favorite toppings, such as crushed nuts or sprinkles, over the chocolate bark while it's still wet. Press the toppings gently into the chocolate to ensure they stick.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until the chocolate has fully hardened. Once set, carefully break the bark into pieces of your desired size.
