  • Popcorn kernels 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Dried parsley 1 tablespoon
  • Dried dill weed 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried chives 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter (melted) 2 tablespoons

Take note
Be careful not to burn the popcorn while popping or when seasoning it. And remember, this popcorn is highly addictive, so you might need to make extra for second helpings!

Pop the popcorn

Put a pot over medium heat and add some oil. Throw in the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally as the popcorn pops. Once the popping slows down to a few seconds between pops, remove the pot from the heat.

Make the ranch seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Give it a good stir to combine all the flavors.

Season the popcorn

Grab a large bowl and pour the popped popcorn into it. Drizzle some melted butter over the popcorn for added deliciousness. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mixture over the popcorn while tossing it gently. Make sure every piece gets coated with that herby goodness.
