Start by washing the radishes thoroughly and trimming off the tops and tails. Next, use a sharp knife or a mandolin slicer to thinly slice the radishes. Be careful not to slice your fingers instead!
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and your choice of seasoning. Mix it all together until well combined and smooth. This creamy filling will add a burst of flavor to your wraps.
Take a tortilla and spread a generous amount of the filling over it. Make sure to cover the entire surface. If you like it extra creamy, go ahead and pile on the filling! Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas.
Now it's time to add the star ingredient - the radish slices! Lay a handful of sliced radishes on top of the filling, about 2 inches from the edge. Gently roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat this step for all the tortillas.
