Beat the heat with our refreshing fruit popsicles! These icy treats are bursting with flavor and a perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day.
Take note
Be careful while handling sharp objects or hot liquids, and always supervise children when making popsicles.
Select your favorite fresh fruits to use in your popsicles. Popular options include strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, mango, and pineapple. You can also mix and match fruits to create unique flavor combinations!
Wash the fruit thoroughly and remove any stems, seeds, or skins. Chop the fruit into small pieces so it's easier to blend.
Add the chopped fruit to a blender along with a sweetener of your choice, such as honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Pour the blended fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of space at the top for expansion. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or even ice cube trays!
Place popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they stand upright. If using paper cups, cover them with a layer of plastic wrap and then insert the sticks through the plastic wrap.
Carefully transfer the popsicle molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight. Once fully frozen, remove the molds from the freezer and run them under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Now you can enjoy your deliciously refreshing fruit popsicles!
